JUMO digiLine, bus-compatible smart systems for digital sensors used in liquid analysisdigiLine is JUMO's award-winning digital measurement system. JUMO digiLine is a bus-compatible connection system offering hot-swap capability for digital sensors used in liquid analysis.
JUMO digiLine enables sensors connected in series or branched configuration to be easily integrated into the network. For communication in a replaced or newly installed system, a single signal line is sufficient.
In this way, various parameters that need to be measured simultaneously at different locations in facilities can be connected quickly and efficiently.

The JUMO AQUIS touch series multi-channel measurement devices are specifically designed for liquid analysis. They serve as an ideal central platform for displaying and further processing measurement data. Up to 6 JUMO digiLine sensors can be connected to modular devices, and up to 25 sensors can be connected using the relevant input modules and interfaces. Four independent control loops can be defined and the internal paperless recorder can record up to 8 channels with tamper protection. Additionally, JUMO digiLine sensors can be connected to the JUMO mTRON T measurement, control and automation system. This provides scalability and individual adaptation to specific tasks while enabling all automation solutions. With PLC integration, up to 62 JUMO digiLine sensors can be connected. The advantages of a single JUMO digiLine system in measuring different liquid analysis parameters can be listed as follows: • Field installation is easily performed as socket connections (requiring no screwdriver) using high IP-rated HUBs. • Because digital communication is used, cables and measurement sensors are not affected by moisture, electrical interference or cable distance. • Sensors collected at HUBs are sent to the main panel via a single cable, preventing cable clutter, and sensors distributed over a much larger area can be easily integrated into the measurement system by connecting to the nearest HUB. • Sensors with limited service lives, such as pH and ORP sensors, are connected to the digiLine system via an external digiLine transmitter, and the digiLine transmitter can continue to be used even after the sensor's service life expires. • Since calibration information is stored on the sensor itself, there is no requirement for field calibration. Sensors calibrated via computer connection in an office environment can be taken to the field and quickly replaced with an aging or calibration-requiring sensor. This also minimizes downtime. • Sensors can store CIP and SIP numbers in their memory based on specified temperature and duration values. • Sensors can provide information about estimated service life by taking into account operating conditions and calibration data. • Aquis Touch S, as the main panel analyzer, is a highly advanced device that provides ease of use and calibration capabilities with its 5.5" color touchscreen. The device also has additional analog inputs and pulse inputs. If desired, additional sensors such as 4-20mA, 0-10V, pulse, PT100, Pt1000, pH, oxygen, chlorine, analog conductivity, etc. can be installed on the device. The device has a modular structure. Cards can be added or removed later. For example, if one of your analog outputs fails, you can easily replace just that analog output. • If desired, an ethernet card can be installed on the device to monitor all data remotely in real time (webserver feature is available). • By activating the recording function of the device, you can record measurement data or remotely monitor it from a PC, mobile phone or tablet.
