It consists of a vibrating table and suction tube working in combination with a manual powder coating gun. Since the powder coating is drawn directly from its own container, it provides very practical use in systems with rapid color changes.
The vibrating table is vibrated with the help of a vibration motor located on the lower chassis, thereby ensuring the flow of powder coating from the tilted powder container toward the suction tube.
The suction tube is specially designed. An injector is attached to the top of the tube, and pressurized air is sent to the lower end of the tube inside the container, causing the paint inside the container to mix with air and be fluffed up. In this way, the injector located at the top of the tube sends the paint from inside the container to the spray gun quickly and homogeneously.
When changing colors, the suction tube, injector, hoses and spray gun are cleaned. The paint container for the new color is placed on the vibration table and a rapid switch to the other color is made.
