BOKELA BoHiBar Filtration

BoHiBar filtration; • When fine particle filtration is required, • When clean product or very low cake moisture content is desired, • When high process pressure and high temperature are required, • When contamination prevention is necessary, offers unique solutions. BOKELA BoHiBar steam pressure filtration is an innovative hybrid process developed by BOKELA. BoHiBar steam pressure filtration provides lowest moisture content and highly effective cake washing.

BOKELA Continuous Rotary Vacuum Filters

Rotary filters offering continuous operation, high performance capacity and requiring small footprint are the most economical solution for numerous solid-liquid separation processes. • BoVac Disk filters are available in different diameters and variable numbers of filter disks. Due to their modular design they can be adapted to specific process conditions. • BoVac Drum filter is known for excellent cake washing and fast filter cloth replacement. Cloth replacement can be completed in approximately 1-2 hours without stopping production. BoVac drum filters feature interchangeable filter cells.

Applications

Colored pigments, white pigments such as calcium carbonate and titanium dioxide, gypsum, potassium sulfate, caffeine, pectin, salts, zinc sulfate, zinc sulfide, catalysts, starch, crystallization products. • BoVac Pan filter features horizontal filtration surface, particularly suited for effective cake washing. For this reason, it is preferably used for filtration and washing of coarse-grained and fast-settling suspensions.

BOKELA Cross-flow Filtration

• With BoCross Dynamic filter, micro and nano-scale suspensions can be concentrated to high concentrations. Cross-flow filtration is a unique process for microfiltration and ultrafiltration of suspensions from micro fineness to nano scale. Applications: White pigments such as barium sulfate, kaolin and titanium dioxide, nano-scale products, dextrose, soy milk, pharmaceuticals. • BoCross Screen filter is preferred when suspension classification or complete recovery or separation of solids is required. - Applications Polymer suspensions, melamine, cocoa butter, catalysts.
