Baykon BL scale can be used in wet, hygienic and corrosive areas in food, pharmaceutical, chemical and cosmetic industries, and is compatible with GMP and HACCP production standards. In areas frequently cleaned due to hygiene and contamination risk, the lifting arrangement specially designed and supported by a hydraulic lifting piston provides easy and precise cleaning capability. BL scales are compatible with OIML standards and are manufactured as approved 2x3000 in accordance with European Regulation 2014/31/EU on non-automatic weighing instruments.

In areas with hygiene and contamination risk and frequent cleaning, the integrated pneumatic lifting piston with shield platform top cover provides easy and precise cleaning capability. Baykon BP scale platform features fully stainless steel construction and load cells with IP68 protection class. Depending on use conditions, it can be used as pit-mounted or above-floor installation. In above-floor use, the low platform structure provides easy and ergonomic operation.
