AI-Powered Quality Management Stratasys Helps Increase Additive Manufacturing Production Volumes and Profitability with New GrabCAD Print Pro Software. Polymer 3D printing leader Stratasys Ltd recently announced the launch of new GrabCAD Print Pro software, which features integrated quality assurance functionality and was acquired by Stratasys from Riven. GrabCAD Print software manages the print preparation process for Stratasys 3D printers. The new Pro version is designed for manufacturers who need to efficiently produce end-use parts and scale to production volumes. It is specifically designed to improve printed part accuracy, reduce waste, and shorten part preparation time. The software is expected to be made available to customers using Stratasys printers based on SAF™ and FDM® technologies starting 16 May. GrabCAD Print Pro software includes all features of the standard GrabCAD Print. However, its advanced capabilities, improved system controls, reduced production time, and enhanced workflows create greater opportunities for large-scale additive manufacturing. Customers can access these advantages through unique features including: • Warp Addon Model (WAMTM) automatic warp correction to ensure part accuracy through 3D scanning and warp correction, • Ability to develop standard production templates that allow customers to prepare structures quickly and accurately, • Improved per-part cost estimation with significant reduction in time to estimate multi-customer trays, • Label generation including unique coding, serialization, and placement for SAF, • 3D Array for organizing parts along the Z axis, allowing stacking of parts to shorten build times and increase efficiency, • Integration with qualified, best-in-class partner plug-ins.
