Rhyz Inc. Acquires BeautyBio Rhyz Inc., a subsidiary of Nu Skin Enterprises Inc., announced the acquisition of BeautyBio, a clean and clinically proven skincare and beauty device brand. With this acquisition, Rhyz has added the multi-channel beauty brand BeautyBio to its existing ecosystem of consumer, technology and manufacturing companies focused on innovation in beauty, health and lifestyle categories. Founded in 2011 by Jamie O'Banion, BeautyBio combines effective, award-winning skincare with patented beauty devices that work synergistically to deliver professional-level results in a home setting. BeautyBio will continue to operate independently as a multi-channel brand managed by O'Banion and will benefit from expanded opportunities and increased cost efficiency as part of the Rhyz portfolio.
