• Test Area: Eye contour of healthy subjects (n=12) • Method: ◊ Base gel containing 5% Immedeline PG-GL is applied to the eye contour. ◊ Photographs are taken with VC98 and VISIA at different times. ◊ Data analysis and processing (SEr skin roughness parameter; SEw skin wrinkle parameter). According to In Vivo test results, Immedeline PG-GL;

• Increases skin smoothness by more than 30% in 5 minutes. • Reduces wrinkle appearance by approximately 15% in 5 minutes. • Minimizes the appearance of wrinkles after 2 hours. • The wrinkle reduction effect lasts for 8 hours.

2) Skin Firming Effect

In Vivo Test Test Area: Eye contour of healthy subjects (n=25) • Method: ◊ Products containing 2%, 5% and 10% Immedeline PG-GL are applied. ◊ Wait for a period at room temperature. ◊ Subjectively evaluate whether skin tightness occurs or on which side skin tightness is more pronounced. In Vivo Test (Skin Elasticity) • Test Area: Cheekbones of healthy subjects (n=6) • Method: ◊ A base gel containing 10% Immedeline PG-GL is applied. ◊ Skin elasticity is measured with MPA580 at different times. ◊ Skin elasticity increase rate is calculated and statistical differences are analyzed (R2). According to In Vivo test results, Immedeline PG-GL; • Increases skin elasticity by 16.9% in 5 minutes. • Skin elasticity reaches optimum level after 2 hours. • The effect lasts for 8 hours.

3) Moisturizing Effect
