AOM Acquired by Kensing

Kensing, LLC, a leading producer of natural Vitamin E, plant sterols and high-purity surfactants, has announced the acquisition of Advanced Organic Materials ("AOM"), a portfolio company of One Rock Capital Partners, LLC ("One Rock"). AOM is a pioneering company that produces non-GMO plant-based Vitamin E and phytosterols derived from sunflower and canola seeds. Kensing CEO Serge Rogasik stated: "The acquisition of AOM expands our non-GMO plant-based ingredient portfolio, strengthens our access to diversified new sources of natural raw materials and opens new markets.
