Veli Dinçel Appointed General Manager of Laundry and Home Care for Henkel's Adria Region

Veli Dinçel, Sales Director of Laundry and Home Care at Turkish Henkel, has been appointed as General Manager of Laundry and Home Care for the Adria region following a successful tenure in his previous role.

Veli Dinçel, who graduated from Boğaziçi University in 1996, began his career in 1996 in the sales department of Gillette. At Reckitt Benckiser, where he started in 2006, he held various sales positions and served as country manager for the Baltic region. In December 2013, he joined Henkel. He served for 3.5 years as Sales Director of the Laundry and Home Care Business Unit, responsible for sales of all Henkel laundry and home care brands. Dinçel, who speaks English at an advanced level, will now continue his career at Henkel as General Manager of Laundry and Home Care for the Adria Region (Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina). Okan Erdem took over Veli Dinçel's position at Turkish Henkel.

Okan Erdem was appointed to the position of Sales Director of Laundry and Home Care at Turkish Henkel, vacated by Veli Dinçel. Erdem, who graduated from Istanbul Boys' High School in 1997, completed his degree from the ITU Food Engineering Department in 2001 and pursued a master's degree in ITU Industrial Engineering Department between 2001 and 2003. He began his professional career in 2001 at Migros working in category management. At Unilever, which he joined in 2007, he served in various sales management positions. In 2011, he became Turkey sales manager for Ferrero. At Reckitt Benckiser, where he started working in 2013, he held positions as Turkey field sales manager, commercial marketing manager, and commercial director responsible for the Caucasus and Central Asia regions. Okan Erdem, who speaks English and German at an advanced level, will now continue his career at Turkish Henkel as Sales Director of Laundry and Home Care.
