Türkiye Digital Health Ventures Map Published
For the past five years, Bayer has supported the development of entrepreneurs and the start-up ecosystem in Turkey. The company has published the Turkey Digital Health Initiatives Map, which it updates every two years, to introduce health sector start-ups established in Turkey.
Following the evaluation of applications received, the map includes 105 start-ups across 10 different categories. The Turkey Digital Health Initiatives Map contains 18 start-ups selected in Bayer's Venture Acceleration Program G4A Turkey.
Istanbul, 27 July 2022 – Bayer's Turkey Digital Health Initiatives Map, prepared every two years under its Venture Acceleration Program G4A Turkey to ensure that innovation is effectively integrated and disseminated across all business sectors, has been updated.
Following the evaluation of applications received, 105 start-up companies in the health sector established by entrepreneurs in Turkey have been included on the map.
The map groups health sector initiatives across 10 different categories including Healthy Living, Hospital & Pharmacy Solutions, Biotechnology & R&D, Easy Diagnosis & Early Detection, Child Health and Wearable Technology & IoT. It contains 18 health sector start-ups selected for Bayer's Venture Acceleration Program G4A Turkey, which the company has organized for five years.
Among these start-ups, nine companies that received investments have achieved a combined company valuation of USD 90.4 million through grants, mentoring, training and collaboration support provided under the program.
Bayer will also provide communication support to all the start-ups that have applied and been evaluated by sharing the Turkey Digital Health Initiatives Map on its social media accounts and various channels and platforms.
