Meet SyncTonin 24, a Circadian Rhythm Regulator What is circadian rhythm? It is the repetition of biochemical, physiological and behavioral rhythms in living organisms resulting from the world's 24-hour journey around its own axis. In short; we can also define it as our body's biological clock. It is responsible for the sleep-wake cycle, body temperature, blood pressure regulation, heart rate work performance, and the synthesis and secretion of various hormones such as melatonin, growth hormone, cortisol, and neurotransmitter secretion. In an intense and modern society, when Circadian Rhythm collapses for various reasons, synchronization failure occurs, and if Circadian Rhythm fails, there is a possibility of rapid weight gain due to body stress. Two key elements related to this synchronization are melatonin and serotonin. Melatonin (N-acetyl-5-methoxyptamine) is a bionic hormone secreted by the brain used to treat insomnia. It activates melatonin receptors to stimulate natural sleep. Serotonin (5-Hydroxytryptamine (5-HT)) is a monoamine neurotransmitter. Reduced serotonin function due to low serotonin levels leads to various emotional and behavioral disorders. To address these two effects, our South Korean supplier Labio developed the patented SyncTonin 24, which consists of 3 botanically-derived extracts.   One of these extracts, Cissus, is called the "plant given by God". Cissus has been used in various Ayurvedic and ancient Hindu classical medicines to heal broken bones and injured ligaments and tendons. It is considered a tonic and analgesic in alternative medicine and is believed to aid in the healing of broken bones, hence its name asthisamharaka, meaning "that which prevents bone destruction". The clinical study conducted for its cellulite reduction and dermal density improvement effects is shown below. In the table above, 1,000 ppm SyncTonin 24 worked as approximately 63% fat inhibitor. In the table below, we can visually see the effect of SyncTonin 24 on cellulite and its reduction. In the table on the right above, you can see the vertical cross-section of tissue between the dermis and subcutaneous layer before and after SyncTonin 24 application and the changes. As a result, the length of the boundary between the dermis and subcutaneous layer decreased by 13.86% in 4 weeks. In the table below, you can see the changes in skin surface roughness.
