Products of the SIFI Brand to Be Marketed by SIFI İlaç A.Ş

SIFI brand leading products Netildex, Netira, Eyestil to be marketed directly by SIFI İlaç A.Ş. in Turkey. In a statement made by SIFI Spa, the leading company in the ophthalmology sector, it was announced that the license transfers for its products from the former distributor to SIFI İlaç A.Ş., a subsidiary of SIFI Group, have been approved by the Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency. The products whose licenses have been transferred include NETIRA, NETILDEX, EYESTIL, PRENACID and XANTERNET, which were previously marketed in Turkey by the previous distributor. [caption id="attachment_123948" align="aligncenter"] Gilberto Dalesio[/caption] NETIRA (Netilmicin), used in the treatment of ocular infections, and NETILDEX (Netilmicin+Dexamethasone), indicated for anterior segment ocular inflammation due to infections, will be marketed in multidose and preservative-free single-dose formulations. EYESTIL (Sodium Hyaluronate), an artificial tear used in dry eye treatment, will be marketed in multidose and preservative-free formulations. PRENACID (desonide), indicated in the treatment of ocular inflammation, will be marketed in eye drop and eye ointment formulations. In addition to these medicines, SIFI Pharmaceuticals, with a comprehensive product range including XANTERNET and ADRUSEN medicines, medical devices and eye vitamins, aims to begin sales, marketing and distribution of its products in Turkey, Europe's 6th largest pharmaceutical market, in the near term following completion of all marketing authorizations. Having completed the setup preparations of its Turkey organization, including sales and marketing team, SIFI İlaç aims to accelerate market penetration and customer reach by utilizing the digital technologies it has developed within its strategy. In a statement, SIFI Chief Commercial Officer Gilberto Dalesio noted that the license approvals obtained represent an important milestone in strengthening SIFI's competitive position in Europe, while thanking the previous distributor TEKA İlaç for their efforts and work in making SIFI products known and preferred in Turkey. SIFI İlaç General Manager Nahide Sarışın stated that they are very pleased to continue launching products known and preferred in the treatment of the most common ocular disorders, and that through SIFI's strong research and development, they will meet market needs with new products and demonstrate SIFI's commitment to the Turkish market.
