Santa Farma Receives 2021 Efficiency Project Award

Santa Farma Receives 2021 Productivity Project Award Santa Farma Pharmaceuticals' HVAC Systems Economy and Energy Monitoring Project was recognized with the 2021 Productivity Project Award by the Strategic Research and Productivity General Directorate of the Ministry of Industry and Technology. At the ceremony held in Technology Valley with the participation of Minister of Industry and Technology Mustafa Varank, companies contributing to national development through productivity-focused projects were honored. With the HVAC Systems Economy and Energy Monitoring Project, which is the first of its kind in the Turkish pharmaceutical sector, Santa Farma achieved energy and natural resource savings equivalent to 3,455 households' electricity consumption, 800 households' natural gas consumption, and 24,000 households' water consumption over three years. Through methods developed within the project scope that optimize energy and natural resource consumption, savings of 6,800,000 kW electricity, 800,000 m³ natural gas, and 24,000 m³ water were achieved.
