The company aims to double its sphere of influence in line with its 2035 vision, while seeking to reduce Turkey's dependence on imported pharmaceuticals through investments in oncology.
Hülya Yalın, Chief Executive Officer of Sanovel, noted that the company has reached a strong structure that exports pharmaceuticals to many countries worldwide, drawing on 43 years of manufacturing experience and the strength it gains from Turkey, and stated that confidence shown by international investors has accelerated this growth journey.
"We grow with the strength we draw from Turkey for 43 years"
Hülya Yalın, recalling that Sanovel was founded in 1983 by pharmacist Erol Toksöz, said the company has become one of the leading establishments in Turkey's pharmaceutical industry today.
Yalın said, "As Sanovel, we grew without compromising our commitment to transparency, quality, science and human-centered approach. We are a Turkish company that draws its strength from Turkey and manages its production, R&D and export operations from our country. We continue our activities at our headquarters in Istanbul Levent and our high-tech R&D and production campus in Silivri. With our team of approximately 2,000 people, we both contribute to our country's health ecosystem and represent Turkey in international markets."

Aiming to reduce import dependence through oncology investments
Noting that oncology investments constitute one of the most important aspects of the 2035 vision, Hülya Yalın said they are working on domestic production of oncology drugs that are currently import-dependent.
"We have project teams working in oncology focus. We aim to produce these products, the majority of which are imported, in Turkey, to facilitate patients' access to medicines and to contribute to the protection of our country's foreign exchange resources. Within the scope of our 2035 vision, we aim to double our sphere of influence, rank among the top 10 companies in the Turkish pharmaceutical market and move the Sanovel brand to a stronger position on a global scale." she said.
