Rosemont Acquires Lucis Pharma

Rosemont Pharmaceuticals announced the acquisition of Lucis Pharma Ltd, a specialist pharmaceutical company in the United Kingdom. Through this acquisition, Rosemont will expand its existing portfolio and gain access to a pipeline of innovative products, enabling it to supply life-saving medicines to the UK and overseas markets. Founded in 2012, Lucis became a leading provider in the development and licensing of new and specialised medicines. With more than a dozen products spanning various therapeutic areas, Lucis has built a strong portfolio serving growing patient needs for liquid medicines in addition to innovative developments. The acquisition will also enable Rosemont to expand its portfolio and enter unit dose or sachet markets through developing products, while allowing it to grow its business through significant Lucis product launches during the 2021/22 period.
