Reis Gıda Receives "Covid-19 Safe Production Certificate"

Reis Gıda has been awarded the 'Covid-19 Safe Production Certificate' by the Turkish Standards Institute. Among the founding principles of Reis Gıda, which exports to 26 countries across four continents worldwide, are prioritizing employee health and safety alongside quality and hygiene standards. Reis Gıda Board Member Işılay Reis Yorgun stated that the company has secured the Covid-19 Safe Production Certificate after its comprehensive hygiene measures implemented in the context of Covid-19, informational brochures, personnel training, and practices in production, dining, rest areas, logistics and personnel transportation services, as well as efforts considering the health of all stakeholders, were audited for compliance with all criteria established in the "Covid-19 Hygiene, Infection Prevention and Control Guide" published by TSE under the leadership of the Ministry of Industry and Technology. Reis Yorgun emphasized that the Covid-19 Safe Production Certificate holds an important place in fulfilling obligations to society. "For 39 years, we have made food safety our mission from farm to table, ensuring hygiene, quality and traceability at every stage of the supply chain from production to consumption, becoming a brand sensitive to the environment and society," she continued. From the first day of this difficult epidemic we are experiencing, we implemented measures in accordance with world standards and applied all actions published by the Ministry of Health. Through the precautions we took and hygiene standards we implemented during the pandemic, we have always worked to make the safe food we produce accessible to people, ensuring they have access to reliable food from a health perspective.
