GSK and iTeos Therapeutics Join Forces to Develop Next-Generation Immuno-Oncology Combinations GSK and iTeos Therapeutics have combined their efforts to develop and commercialize an anti-TIGIT monoclonal antibody that enables next-generation immuno-oncology combinations. Through this collaboration, GSK has strengthened its antibody portfolio targeting the CD226 immune checkpoint mechanism, which holds major significance for next-generation immuno-oncology treatments. GSK continues its research in oncology and works toward the pursuit of sustainable new treatments. In addition to immuno-oncology treatments that activate the immune system to fight cancer cells, GSK aims to maximize patient survival through transformative therapies by focusing on cancer epigenetics and synthetic lethality.
