Science Will Win with Young People Project 2023

Science Will Win With Youth Project 2023 Led by the Science Heroes Association and supported unconditionally by Pfizer Turkey, the Science Will Win With Youth project, which has delivered science events for young people throughout 2022, has brought together 689 young people from 40 different cities with 26 scientists in 32 different events to date. Implemented to instill a love of science in young people during a period of intense curiosity and questioning, to develop one-on-one dialogue with scientists to nurture their sense of inquiry, to encourage them to ask questions, and to inspire them alongside their peers to become future scientists, the Science Will Win With Youth project brings together scientists working in fundamental sciences and engineering fields with secondary school students aged 14-18 in an online environment. During the 32 events held throughout 2022 under the project scope, 64 percent female students and 36 percent male students participated. Of these students, 61 percent were from public schools and 37 percent from private schools. The Science Will Win With Youth project continues uninterrupted with science events in the first month of 2023. Digital certificates are issued to all participating young people at the end of free science events.
