Investing in the Future with 37 Active Projects
Atabay continues operations at its R&D centers in Acıbadem and Gebze with a specialist team of 61 people, simultaneously managing 37 active projects in the fields of small molecules, biotechnology, and Traditional Herbal Medicinal Products (THMP). Drawing strength from its 86-year-old established experience, the company reinforces its pioneering role in domestic production with its R&D vision.

Zeynep Atabay Taşkent, Board Chair of Atabay, made the following statement on the matter:
"Ensuring continuity in domestic pharmaceutical production, reducing our country's import dependency, and increasing production capacity are our fundamental objectives. All of our production facilities comply with GMP standards set by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey and EU GMP standards of the European Union. We are the sole producer of critical raw materials such as paracetamol, oseltamivir, and acetylcysteine in Europe and its vicinity. We are increasing our R&D investments and focusing on developing qualified human resources. We are carrying forward our 86-year legacy of knowledge and production capacity."
Exports to 40 Countries, Strategic Partnerships
Atabay exports critical raw materials, primarily paracetamol, to more than 40 countries. As one of Turkey's leading companies in biotechnological pharmaceutical development, the company:

Carries out strategic work with TÜBİTAK Marmara Research Center (MAM) and Izmir Biotechnology and Genome Center (IBG),
