AstraZeneca Included in the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index

AstraZeneca Included in Bloomberg Gender Equality Index AstraZeneca has been included in the Bloomberg Gender Equality Index for the fourth consecutive year, in recognition of its policies supporting gender equality across all areas and its achievements in gender equality initiatives both within and outside the organization. The companies included in the 2022 Bloomberg Gender Equality Index (GEI), one of the world's most comprehensive studies that monitors and evaluates the performance of companies supporting gender equality, have been announced. AstraZeneca was one of 418 companies in the index measured across five criteria, recognized for its achievements in gender equality initiatives and policies both within and outside the organization, and has made a significant achievement by being included in the Bloomberg Gender Equality Index for the fourth consecutive year.

The index measures gender equality based on the following five criteria:

Women's leadership and talent development, equal pay and gender-based wage equality, inclusive culture, policies against sexual harassment, and brand supporting women. AstraZeneca Turkey Country Head Pharm.
