Abdi İbrahim launches ‘The Journey of Healing’ NFT collection

Turkish pharmaceutical company Abdi İbrahim has launched "The Journey of Healing" NFT collection, a world first in the pharmaceutical sector, on the OpenSea platform. The NFT collection, created from a combination of science and art spanning Abdi İbrahim's 110-year history and produced by collage artist Selman Hoşgör, comprises works on various topics ranging from the healing power of science and innovation to the "healing women" who have played an important role in Abdi İbrahim's history, and sustainability. The "The Journey of Healing" NFT collection is pioneering in its use of proceeds to provide additional resources to social responsibility projects under Abdi İbrahim's sustainability strategy called "HEAL2030." Abdi İbrahim will direct the revenue it generates from the NFT collection to the Contemporary Life Support Association's "I Have a Daughter in Anatolia" project to support girls' education. Through this initiative, Abdi İbrahim aims to contribute to the development of strong women leaders of the future and raise public awareness on equal access to education rights and ensuring all students reach contemporary education without discrimination. Those who purchase these special NFTs will also have the opportunity to tour Abdi İbrahim's Production Complex in Esenyurt, Istanbul, normally closed to outside visits, with experts and experience a unique opportunity. In addition to eight works signed by Selman Hoşgör, a visual created by Abdi İbrahim employees using their own photographs at the Innovation Day held on 21 January also found a place in The Journey of Healing collection as a memento in NFT form.
