Abdi İbrahim's "Organization 2025"
Abdi İbrahim has implemented a new organizational structure to respond to contemporary demands and achieve the targets outlined in its Vision 2025 strategy. Through the new framework called Organization 2025, the company is adopting a more agile and efficient business model. Abdi İbrahim CEO Dr. Süha Taşpolatoğlu said, "Thanks to this new organizational structure, we will move toward our targets with much stronger steps."
Abdi İbrahim, leader of the Turkish pharmaceutical sector, has undertaken an organizational restructuring to respond to the changing demands of the business world. Implemented in line with the company's Vision 2025 strategy and named Organization 2025, the new structure aims to establish a management approach with the agility required in today's era.
Abdi İbrahim CEO Dr. Süha Taşpolatoğlu, pointing to the importance of the new organizational structure, stated: "Abdi İbrahim, the improving force of a changing world, together with its new organizational structure and new members of the Abdi İbrahim family, will move forward with much stronger and more resolute steps toward the national and global targets outlined in the Vision 2025 strategy. I hope our new organizational structure will be auspicious for our company."
Organization 2025 was developed based on scenarios regarding how Abdi İbrahim's company organization would look in 2025, in line with the company's long-term strategies. Within this framework, which promises a more efficient business model and business continuity, new units have been created while the scope of duties for some existing units has been updated. The steps taken and assignments made in this context are summarized as follows:- A Prescription Products Marketing and Sales Group Directorship was established, and Dr. Oğuz Mülazımoğlu was appointed to this position. Within this directorship, some departments were consolidated, and General Therapeutics Group Directorship and Specialty Therapeutics Group Directorship were created. Figen Bilgen was appointed to the General Therapeutics Group Directorship and Çiğdem Yılmaz to the Specialty Therapeutics Group Directorship.
- The International Markets Deputy General Manager department was changed to International Markets Group Directorship, and Köksal Ülgen was appointed to the group directorship position.
- All domestic and international supply chain processes were restructured. A Supply Chain Group Directorship was established, and Altuğ Uysal was appointed to this position.
- A Business and Product Development Group Directorship was created to enable the Licensing and Market Access and Business Development and R&D directorates to work in a coordinated and integrated manner.
- Ramazan Karaduman, who served as New Product, Process Improvement and Projects Manager, was promoted to AbdiBio R&D and Projects Director. Karaduman will also be responsible for managing the AbdiBio facility until a new appointment is made to the AbdiBio Group Directorship.
- The Legal Affairs Directorship was restructured to include the compliance function and renamed Legal Affairs and Compliance Directorship, reporting to the CFO.
- A Strategy Coordination and Innovation Office Manager position was established, responsible for coordinating all strategy-related processes and innovation.
- Elif Elkin, who serves as Company Manager within Abdi İbrahim Otsuka, will continue her work with the title of Abdi İbrahim Otsuka General Manager.
Human and Culture Group Directorship replaces HR
- The Human Resources Deputy General Manager structure was redesigned to include the internal communications function, establishing the Human and Culture Group Directorship. Hakan Onel was appointed to this position. Additionally, Engin Dirik, who served as Marketing and Sales Human Resources Manager, was appointed to the Marketing and Sales Human Resources Directorship, and Esenyurt Campus Human Resources Manager Tuğba Gencer was appointed to the Esenyurt Campus Human Resources Directorship.
