Abdi İbrahim Receives Award for "Pharmaceutical Company with Most Trademark Applications"

Abdi İbrahim, the leader in Turkey's pharmaceutical sector with products and technologies that make a difference in the pharmaceutical industry, was recognized as the first-place winner in the 'pharmaceutical company with the most brand applications' category at the 8th International Pharmaceutical Chemistry Congress R&D Awards held in Antalya. Abdi İbrahim, the leader of Turkey's pharmaceutical sector that has been operating for 108 years with the mission of improving lives it touches, added another award to its R&D achievements. The company won first place in the 'pharmaceutical company with the most brand applications' category at the 8th International Pharmaceutical Chemistry Congress R&D Awards. The award was received on behalf of the company by Abdi İbrahim R&D Director Udaya Kumar Dude and his team.

Abdi İbrahim participated in the congress with 7 posters and 2 oral presentations, and also won a third-place award with one poster.

Turkey's first accredited pharmaceutical R&D Center

Abdi İbrahim, which established Turkey's first accredited pharmaceutical R&D Center in 2008 with an investment of USD 42 million, has its R&D and innovation strength at the foundation of its ability to offer value-added, pioneering and innovative products to the healthcare sector. According to the latest "R&D Centers Performance Index" report published by the Ministry of Industry and Technology, Abdi İbrahim R&D Center, which is in Category D (75-250 personnel) with the second-highest number of personnel, ranks first in its sector in the performance index ranking and second-best performer among all sectors, demonstrating that it continues to solidify its R&D and innovation strength. In addition to its efforts to introduce new treatments to Turkish medicine, the company aims to effectively represent our country on the international stage with drugs developed in its R&D Center that have received awards on different platforms.
