Tomato, thanks to its vitamin C, potassium, iron, lycopene, vitamin A, and fiber content, provides important contributions to heart health, intestinal health, skin beauty and eye health. It helps reduce the damage cigarette smoking causes to the body. The fiber it contains facilitates intestinal function. It also supports fighting free radicals that play a role in cancer formation thanks to its antioxidant content. Yogurt soup This very practical and equally beneficial soup, prepared using strained yogurt, chickpeas, wheat, olive oil and mint, deserves to be the crown jewel of summer tables.
