Yayla Agro Gıda's public offering application was approved by the Capital Markets Board (CMB) on 22 April. The bid collection dates for the public offering were set as 11-12-13 May 2022.
Yayla Agro Gıda, a leading brand in the rice and legumes sector, had applied for a public offering. The application was approved by the CMB on 22 April and bid collection dates were set for 11-12-13 May. Bid collection will be conducted by a consortium led jointly by Garanti BBVA Investment and Yapı Kredi Investment.
Total of TRY 71,000,000 in Nominal Share Value to be Offered to the Public
The countdown has begun for Yayla Agro Gıda's public offering. With 26 years of history in the rice, legumes and processed food sectors, Yayla Agro has determined bid collection dates and share price. Due to the increase in issued capital from TRY 430,000,000 to TRY 472,600,000, a total nominal value of TRY 71,000,000 in shares—consisting of TRY 42,600,000 to be raised and TRY 28,400,000 in nominal value held by the company's current shareholder Hasan Gümüş—will be offered to the public at a share price of TRY 12.50."An Important Milestone on the Path to Becoming a Global Brand"
