Trouw Nutrition Turkey Appoints Senior Executive Gonca Altıntaş will manage operations at Trouw Nutrition Turkey. ISTANBUL (AA) - Gonca Altıntaş, an experienced name in the food sector, has been appointed to the position of Operations Director at Trouw Nutrition Turkey. According to a Trouw Nutrition statement, a significant appointment has taken place at Trouw Nutrition Turkey. Gonca Altıntaş, who has worked in various areas of the food sector for nearly 20 years, has become the new Operations Director of Trouw Nutrition Turkey. Gonca Altıntaş, who graduated from Haydarpaşa High School in 1998, completed her undergraduate education in the Food Engineering department at Middle East Technical University. During her university years, Altıntaş interned at leading food companies in the sector such as Pınar Dairy and Unilever Margarine. She began her professional career in 2003 as Sales Manager at Tripod Photography company. After spending four years there, she moved to Lezzet Factory as Production Manager, where she was responsible for organizing all production activities from raw material procurement to final product shipment. Starting in 2009 as Quality Assurance Manager at Aba Livestock, Altıntaş was responsible for inspecting the food hygiene conditions of production facilities and all restaurants. In 2010, Gonca Altıntaş joined Ülker Hero Baby as Import, Export and Procurement Manager, where she handled the company's procurement activities including raw materials, packaging materials, technical materials and finished products. From 2014 onwards, she assumed various roles such as Supply Chain Manager and Supply Chain Director at Durukan Confectionery Industry and Trade. In these positions, she was responsible for managing all activities related to supply chain, SAP and internal audit management, strategic procurement, material requirements planning, inventory control, warehousing and receiving; representing the company in supplier contract negotiations; analyzing market and distribution systems; managing SAP applications; and solving critical user problems. With knowledge and experience in many areas including developing effective operational policies, procurement strategies, cost-saving process improvements and project management, Gonca Altıntaş will now manage operations at Trouw Nutrition Turkey.
