Söke's new facility begins production

Söke has started biscuit production at a flour products facility with 4,100 m² of enclosed space built on a total area of 6,995 m² in Samsun/Tekkeköy. Söke announced in November 2023 that it had leased a production facility in Samsun/Tekkeköy with a total area of 6,995 m² and 4,100 m² of enclosed space, and that the facility would begin production in the first half of 2024. As of 23 May, the new facility started production. The process, which began with 4 types of biscuit production in the initial phase, is planned to continue with 7 types of biscuit production in the future. "We want to extend our leadership in the flour sector to the flour products sector" Söke Board Chairman Dr. Eren Günhan Ulusoy made a statement on the matter. Ulusoy said: "As Söke, we place great importance on R&D work both in expanding our product range and in our existing products. With our brand motto focused on consumer health, our work on new flavored biscuits, gluten-free products developed in a different range, and flour with reduced moisture content continues day by day. With the Söke biscuit group, we are entering the flour products sector and want to extend our leadership in the flour sector to the flour products sector as well."
