Kensing Acquires Advanced Organic Materials Kensing, LLC, a portfolio company of One Rock Capital Partners, LLC (One Rock), a leading producer of natural vitamin E, plant sterols, and high-purity surfactants, has announced the acquisition of Advanced Organic Materials (AOM), a manufacturer of non-GMO plant-based vitamin E and phytosterols derived from sunflower and rapeseed. Operating state-of-the-art facilities in Valencia, Spain and Argentina, AOM is among the leading producers of plant-based, non-GMO products including vitamin E, mixed tocopherols and phytosterols. AOM stands out by offering clean-label alternatives aligned with the preferences of brands and consumers in the nutrition, personal care, food and beverage sectors, and serves customers in more than 34 countries.
