Food and Nutrition Sector Convenes The 5th International Food, Nutritional Ingredients, Components and Technologies Fair (Food & Nutritional Ingredients) will be held at Istanbul Fair Centre between 31 May – 2 June 2023, hosting leading companies in the sector. The fair will showcase the latest developments and innovations in food ingredients globally and domestically, as well as current topics relevant to the industry. The fair, where the latest products and technologies in the sector will be exhibited and serves as a meeting point for domestic and foreign sector professionals, offers participants the opportunity to develop business relationships and conduct trade in the food ingredients industry, estimated to reach USD 40 billion globally. Food & Nutritional Ingredients Fair is preparing to bring together the latest technological developments, trends and raw material varieties in food preservation with approximately 4,000 visitors from over 60 countries and more than 100 participating companies and representatives. At Food & Nutritional Ingredients 2023, food and halal food ingredients, food analysis and product development systems, food safety technologies, food packaging technologies and food production equipment will be showcased. The Food & Nutritional Ingredients Fair, bringing together companies operating in food raw materials and ingredients, organic ingredients and flavours sectors, will also host conferences, panels and numerous specialised areas and event programmes.
