Beta Gıda Launches Important R&D Initiative Beta Gıda has secured financial support under TÜBİTAK's 1505 – University-Industry Collaboration Support Program for a project proposal titled "Protein and Prebiotic Production from Black Tea Processing Waste," conducted under the supervision of Dr. Levent Yurdaer Aydemir, Lecturer at the Food Engineering Department of Adana Alparslan Türkeş University Engineering Faculty, as part of the company's sustainability strategy. Operating on the principle of advancing through science, Beta Gıda has qualified for financial support under the TÜBİTAK 1505 – University-Industry Collaboration Support Program with its project proposal titled "Protein and Prebiotic Production from Black Tea Processing Waste," implemented as part of its sustainability strategy.
