Wellbore cleaning chemicals were previously supplied to Odfjell Technology's global customer base through third-party vendors. By providing these chemicals in-house, the company is streamlining supply chain processes, increasing operational control, delivering faster operational deployment, and reducing potential downtime. Ultra-Max Chemical Cleaner and UltraWash Heavy-duty Degreaser are chemicals designed to rapidly and effectively remove hydrocarbon residues from wellbore pipes, equipment, and casings. Non-flammable, non-corrosive, and non-caustic formulations eliminate accumulated residues on drilling rigs, pumps, and equipment. Cleaner wellbores are critical to facilitate efficient fluid displacement during hydrocarbon recovery, allowing fluids to flow freely without requiring costly and time-sensitive abandonment operations. The Ultra product range is globally aligned with industry standards and has received GOLD classifications as required by the Centre for Environment, Fisheries and Aquaculture Science (CEFAS).
