Nouryon Expands in Carboxymethyl Cellulose

Nouryon continues growth with agreement with J.M. Huber Corporation for carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC). The agreement will significantly expand Nouryon's product portfolio in CMC, a sustainable, bio-based water-soluble polymer used as a thickener, binder, stabilizer and film former. Both companies have largely complementary positions in CMC end markets such as home and personal care, mining, food, pharmaceuticals, and paper and packaging.
