Kingdom Acquires Colvin Cleaning Group

Kingdom Services Group acquires The Colvin Cleaning Group, Sussex-based professional cleaning services provider for public and private sectors. Rebranded as of 1 July 2022, the company became part of Kingdom Cleaning. The Colvin Cleaning Group owner Gerald Colvin will remain as a consultant to support full integration of the Colvin business, with the entire existing team retained. For Colvin customers and colleagues, operations will continue as before, but substantially strengthened with the benefits Kingdom brings: greater capabilities, expertise, opportunities and added value as part of a 7,000-plus-employee organization with annual turnover of GBP 200 million operating across an office network spanning England. Owner Gerald Colvin said: "I am pleased with the acquisition and integration of our two businesses.
