Ak-Kim Kimya's 2014 – 2015 Sustainability Report, prepared under the theme "The Future is in Our Hands," has been awarded by the League of American Communications Professionals (LACP), one of the world's most reputable public relations platforms. Ak-Kim's Sustainability Report received the Gold Award, ranking second among sustainability reports in the 2015-2016 Vision Awards / Annual Report Competition.
Prepared in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) guidelines and the United Nations Global Compact, Ak-Kim's 2014-2015 Sustainability Report was recognized with the Gold Award by LACP, considered one of the world's most respected communications organizations.
Following the evaluation based on first impression, cover design, stakeholder letter, narrative language, financial data, creativity, clarity of messages and accessibility of information, Ak-Kim Kimya's Sustainability Report scored 98 out of 100 points.
With the statement "The Future is in Our Hands," Ak-Kim has undertaken a series of initiatives in the sustainability field and continues efforts to improve performance in these standards by adopting sustainable development principles both individually and institutionally.
Ak-Kim previously won the LACP Silver Award with its 2013 sustainability report.
