VRX Series Vibratory Surface Finishing Machines

Kromaş has been manufacturing Vibratory Surface Finishing Machines in Turkey since the early 1990s. In the initial years of production, machines were designed as what we can refer to as 1st Generation, known as the VM Series, and were successfully produced and supplied to our customers until the early 2000s. Evolving production technologies, diversifying customer expectations and, more importantly, Kromaş's accumulated sector experience opened the door to certain improvements in the machines and gave birth to our VRM Series machine lines, which we can define as the 2nd Generation. These machines have been successfully produced from the early 2000s to the present day and continue to meet the surface finishing needs of users in 87 different countries across 5 continents. By 2021, drawing on our sector experience, we further developed our machines and designed and introduced to our customers the VRX Series machines, which we can call the 3rd Generation. The VRX Series machines, a result of our continuous improvement approach; user-friendly, more efficient, and capable of operating with lower maintenance and operating costs, have been highly appreciated by our customers and have taken their place as the most current products in our product range. Key Differences of the VRX Machine Series 1 - High Performance We can confidently say that VRM Series machines operate more efficiently compared to their market competitors. The VRX series, on the other hand, operates with 10% higher performance compared to the VRM series. At this point, when evaluating performance, we are of course able to say this by measuring numerous data points and analyzing the results. Some of the data we use when conducting performance evaluations are as follows:

2 - Automatic Lubrication System

Our VRX Series machines are equipped with automatic lubrication cartridges. Users only need to replace these cartridges once a year, and no other lubrication maintenance is required.  

3 - Extended Bearing Life

In our VRX Series machines, by using less weight, we are able to achieve the amplitude and kneading angle values required for the process. This results in 30% longer bearing life.

4 - Simplified Pedal System

The pedal system of all non-pneumatic pedal VRX machines has been manually simplified. This pedal system, designed to avoid failures, has also eliminated the maintenance requirements that previously existed in the related components.

5 - Optimum Bowl Dimensions

The ideal channel width and depth for the process have been recalculated and implemented for the VRX series.

6 - Optimum Motor Position

The design ensures an optimum relationship between the machine's center of gravity and the point where the motor is attached. Determining this point has a direct impact on machine performance.

7 - Water Discharge Filters

The entry-level machine of the VRX series is the VRX125 machine with a capacity of 125 liters. In this capacity and throughout the entire series, two filters are standard for rapid discharge of process water for our customers.
