Victaulic Acquires Utility Coatings & Fabrication

Victaulic, a leading developer and manufacturer of mechanical pipe joining systems, has acquired Utility Coatings & Fabrication, Inc. (UCF), based in Utah. This acquisition, aligned with the company's strategy to manufacture products in the United States, supports growth in Infrastructure, Water, Energy and Commercial construction markets by expanding large-scale pipe solutions, manufacturing, coating and lining capacity. The newly acquired manufacturing and coating facility aims to increase the company's large-scale pipe system production capacity. Rick Bucher, President and Chief Executive Officer of Victaulic, stated: "This acquisition represents Victaulic's fourth consecutive investment over the past four years and underscores the company's strategic vision for continued growth.
