SurTec Acquires Aluservice

Chemical surface treatment solutions specialist SurTec has acquired Italy-based Aluservice. Aluservice specializes in research and development as well as the distribution of chemical specialties for surface treatment of aluminium, zinc, steel and iron-based alloys. The product range includes aluminium anodizing, aluminium coating processes, electroplating for ferrous metals and coating products for other metals. Aluservice's products, which hold an important position in Italy's architectural market, will now be introduced to a global audience through SurTec's established sales network. This move is part of SurTec's strategy to expand its international presence and develop its products and services in the chemical surface treatment sector.
