  Since 1995, Başak Filtre San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. has been serving our customers with a range of filters whose quality is recognized worldwide. In both our automotive and industrial departments, we have valuable agencies in addition to our own special manufacturing operations. In the automotive sector, we are the main distributor for Mann Filtre, Fil Filtre, Fleetguard and Donaldson brands. In the industrial sector, we represent Eaton in liquid filtration and Volz in ventilation and paint system filters. With a total of 45 employees at our Istanbul head office and Bursa branch, we are always there to support our customers. A significant portion of our industrial sales consists of filters for painting processes. Our mission is to be a solution partner for organizations, beyond merely being a filter supplier. In line with this objective, we approach our sector's needs. The special filter equipment of Eaton, which we represent, is our greatest support in this regard. High Efficiency in POXL-PEXL Coded Duragaf Series Bag Filters

Duragaf series bag filters are designed primarily to achieve cost savings. Duragaf bag filters deliver excellent filtration results with 2 to 5 times longer service life compared to standard stitched felt bag filters, thanks to both their unique special fabric and welded construction. Because of their long service life, reduced consumption of bag filters lowers operating costs, while also providing savings in replacement time, labor and storage costs.

Why Duragaf Filters Last Longer

Duragaf filters are made from polypropylene (code: POXL) or polyester (code: PEXL). These materials have a finer fiber diameter and heavier fiber blend structure compared to standard configurations. Because of this structure, they have higher particle retention capacity under variable pressure. Operating time with Duragaf filters is longer and bag replacement frequency is lower.

A Welded Structure for Superior Performance

All Duragaf filters are 100% welded and Eaton registered. This structure eliminates the possibility of bypass that can occur in standard stitched bags. Bag filters created with Eaton registered material blending technology can easily withstand even the most demanding and difficult applications.

Duragaf Filters Provide Better Sealing in Critical Applications

All Duragaf filters feature a patented locking system. The Eaton patented Sentinel ring application locks the bag filter to the reservoir and provides safe operation even under varying pressures.

No Fiber Shedding or Contamination

All Duragaf filters are manufactured with Eaton surface treatment application, which prevents fiber shedding. A special surface polishing is achieved through glazing, providing a tight and secure flow matrix of melted fibers. Additionally, thermal bonding prevents fiber loss.

Maxiline VMBF QIC-LOCK Bag Filter Reservoir

An easy-to-use, cost-efficient filter housing suitable for high-volume applications and situations requiring frequent bag replacement. Ideal for batch processes and systems containing high levels of contaminants. The QIC-LOCK's rapid cover opening mechanism provides safe operation and minimal time expenditure. This feature increases efficiency and reduces bag filter usage costs. • Unmatched 3-point clamping or bayonet connection elements provide high-quality sealing between the filter and vessel body. Additional tools contribute to simple and effective operation. • A counterbalanced spring supported by a cover lifting mechanism perfectly balances the cover and eliminates the sensation of weight. The cover can be opened and closed with light finger touch. • Positive O Ring sealing ensures easy and safe operation. Side inlet and bottom discharge enable easy and complete drainage. Side discharge capability is suitable for reducing housing height. • Wet product contact areas made from stabilized steel provide corrosion resistance to most fluids. • Housing volume is optimized to minimize product loss. • In 6 standard sizes, bag filter use is possible between 4 and 24 units.
