The holding entered the Happy Place to Work 2022 – Turkey's Happiest Companies List with three companies. Poliport was selected as the happiest workplace in the port operations sector, while Polisan Kansai Boya was chosen as the happiest workplace in the paints and chemicals sectors. Polisan Kimya earned a place on the same list by qualifying for a one-star certificate.
Polisan Holding, one of Turkey's established group companies operating in paints, port operations, chemicals and real estate sectors, continues to create lasting value in different sectors through the strength it draws from its employees. The holding has entered the ranks of Turkey's happiest companies through steps it has taken to boost productivity by ensuring employee motivation. In the Happy Place to Work 2022 – Turkey's Happiest Companies List, where company happiness indices are measured through a survey of 14 questions under the headings of success, pride and trust by Happy Place to Work, Poliport secured the title of happiest company in the port sector.
Polisan Kansai Boya, meanwhile, took the leadership position as the happiest company in the paints and chemicals sectors. In the research, Polisan Kimya, the holding's subsidiary in the chemicals sector, also met the "satisfactory" standard for the happiest workplace and was awarded a one-star certificate.
