Polisan Holding Makes Significant Investment in GEBKİM Vocational and Technical Anadolu High School

Since its establishment, Polisan Holding has implemented corporate social responsibility initiatives in numerous fields, particularly education, for the development of social and environmental life. The company has undertaken the construction of the Industrial Quantitative Analysis Laboratory at GEBKİM Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School. The school, supported by GEBKİM Foundation, was designed in close collaboration with industry and houses a total of 12 laboratories, 8 chemistry and 4 industrial automation.

GEBKİM Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, to train the chemists of the future, admitted 120 students based on LGS scores for the first time this year.

In its first year alone, GEBKİM MTAL demonstrated success by becoming the fourth vocational high school in Kocaeli to admit students with the highest percentile ranking. Students who wish to shape their future in the chemistry sector, which encompasses numerous sub-sectors such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, cleaning products, plastics and packaging, will have the opportunity to become qualified professionals with job security through the quality education they will receive at GEBKİM Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School. Polisan Kansai Boya, a subsidiary of Polisan Holding, has constructed a new paint production and storage facility with a EUR 50 million investment that is LEED GOLD certified and located in Kocaeli Gebze V (Chemistry) Specialized Organized Industrial Zone (GEBKİM).
