New Facility from Pan Technology Pan Technology, Inc., a manufacturer of specialty coatings, pigment dispersions and inks, has announced that it is beginning capacity expansion efforts with a second facility of 72,000+ square meters in a strategic location in Spartanburg. The new facility is expected to enhance Pan Technology's production and R&D capabilities while improving the distribution network for its various product lines.
