Nippon Paint - Betek, a major player in Turkey's paints and thermal insulation sector, is strengthening local partnerships as part of its growth strategy in Anatolia. The company aims to increase regional production capacity for insulation products through a strategic partnership with İzoset, based in Diyarbakır, and to make its operations more agile.
Nippon Paint - Betek, which has strengthened its production infrastructure through investments in Istanbul, Gebze, Kayseri and Balıkesir, is working on a new growth model that combines global R&D and technology capabilities with local production strength.
Under this scope, the company has begun production of insulation products through a partnership with İzoset, one of Diyarbakır's established manufacturers. The cooperation aims to provide faster, more flexible and efficient supply to dealers and projects in the Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia regions.
"We are creating a sustainable growth model in Anatolia"
Hasan Gökhan Güner, General Manager of Nippon Paint - Betek Turkey, stated in his assessment of the company's growth strategy that they aim to support their production strength through partnerships in different regions.
Güner said, "For us, growth is not limited to a single centre. Along with Istanbul, through our production investments in Gebze, Kayseri and Balıkesir, we support Turkey's position as a regional power and technology hub. We also see local industrial strength in Anatolia as an important part of this vision."
Noting that the second water-based production facility commissioned in Gebze significantly increased the company's capacity, Güner stated that with this investment, they have created a strong infrastructure to support future growth targets.
Regional production model in Diyarbakır
Stating that the partnership in Diyarbakır is part of an objective to create a closer, more agile and flexible production model, Güner explained that under the partnership with İzoset, they have begun production of insulation products, particularly exterior cladding panels.
Through this model, Nippon Paint - Betek aims to respond faster to regional needs, optimize logistics processes and contribute to the local production ecosystem.
New partnerships planned
Following the strategic partnership in Diyarbakır, the company plans to implement similar business models in different regions of Turkey.
Targeting balanced and sustainable growth through new partnerships with local manufacturers, Nippon Paint - Betek will continue to match its global experience with production potential across Turkey's different geographies.
