Additionally, Net Kimya supports Turkey's simultaneous development with the world thanks to its longstanding friendship and cooperation with Italy's leading engineering firms.     Net Kimya has been carrying out project work with Italtecno S.r.L. for the aluminum sector for more than 10 years, and also continues facility design, engineering and optimization activities in the field of mechanical surface treatment with Meka Engineering S.r.l., one of Italy's trusted brands. The company provides the most suitable engineering solutions for machine and equipment requirements for mechanical processes or special surfaces. Among the striking products of Meka Engineering S.r.l. is the Grinding machine, which ranks among the most preferred brands in Europe and America thanks to its ability to sand three different surfaces simultaneously and its options for table widths of 1000 mm – 1400 mm and 1500 mm. For facility-specific improvements and increased efficiency in extrusion lines, the N5 Liquid Nitrogen Technology from Atie Uno Informatica, one of its partners, has been put into operation in many facilities in Turkey, and the system's benefits have been proven through practical experience.

Atie Uno Informatica has also specifically designed an Extrusion Management System (EMS) for the aluminum extrusion process, enabling full control and optimization of production lines.

This management system, particularly through simulating an Ulixes extrusion process, proposes the most suitable extrusion process based on matching data from customer records. Another important point for the EMS is its compatibility with an existing ERP interface.     For dies used in the extrusion process, the Die Clar and Crystalfix systems developed by Italtecno S.r.L. provide significant cost reduction of around 80% through die cleaning along with caustic and aluminum recovery. While Net Kimya responds to many needs within the framework of its products and partnerships developed for the aluminum sector, it also protects the environment and budget through solutions developed for the steel sector such as cold iron and hot iron phosphates that do not consume high energy and excessive chemicals. Iron phosphate processes applied at ambient temperature demonstrate their strengths with low energy consumption, reduced sludge volume and good corrosion resistance. NETFOS 2530 stands out with features such as its operation at 200°C and its ability to be used as a spray without foaming.     NETCOLOR 40 B and NETCOLOR 100 M, which have been in particularly high demand in the accessories industry recently, demonstrate that room-temperature coloring is possible.
