MIPA Takes Over "Süddeutsches Lackwerk"

MIPA SE has taken over the operations of Süddeutsches Lackwerk Zelle GmbH+Co.KG. Since 1922, Süddeutsches Lackwerk has produced, in addition to classic industrial coating systems, high-temperature paints and functional coatings particularly under the "Wetterwart" brand at its Feldkirchen facility near Munich. As of 01.07.2022, Mipa Group has taken over the operations of Süddeutsches Lackwerk. Going forward, products will be manufactured at Mipa Group production facilities. All employees of Süddeutsches Lackwerk will be offered positions at nearby locations within Mipa Group, making it possible for employment relationships to continue following the takeover if desired. The takeover of Süddeutsches Lackwerk's operations represents a new addition to MIPA's customer base and product portfolio in the industrial paints sector. SOURCE
