Insulation Material Support from İzocam to Disaster Regions

Izocam Provides Thermal Insulation Materials to Disaster Areas Drawing attention to severe weather conditions in disaster areas, Izocam has commenced shipment of high-strength thermal insulation materials to tent cities established for emergency shelter. In a statement highlighting the harsh weather conditions in disaster zones, Izocam announced that it has begun shipping high-strength thermal insulation materials for use in tent cities set up to shelter citizens whose homes have been destroyed or damaged.

Izocam General Director Murat Savcı made the following statement in a condolence message:

"Our country is experiencing the greatest disaster of the past century through successive destructive earthquakes affecting 10 of our provinces. As Izocam, we are deeply saddened by this disaster. We extend our condolences to all citizens lost in the earthquakes, our sympathies to their families, and wish a speedy recovery to our injured citizens. From the first hours of the earthquake, Izocam has been present in the disaster zone to support our 10 affected provinces. Within the framework of our Emergency Support Plan, we have established special teams to coordinate aid materials and support at our facilities. Through the dedicated cooperation and support of our employees and Izocam dealers from across Turkey, we have strengthened our assistance network. Since day one, we have been shipping humanitarian aid materials—a priority need of those affected by the earthquake—to the region. We are closely monitoring developments and needs in the earthquake zones. In this major disaster, the fact that earthquake survivors are facing both the consequences of the disaster and severe weather conditions is among the issues we approach with sensitivity. Ensuring insulation in the established tent cities is among priority needs for the health of citizens whose homes were damaged. As an insulation industry company, we are ready to contribute in every way possible using our production capacity. We are sending our high-strength Foamboard sheets to required locations in coordination with İzoder and public institutions to provide thermal insulation for the floors of tent cities. In the initial phase, we have delivered our high-strength thermal insulation materials to tent cities established in Kahramanmaraş and Gaziantep. In the coming days, we are making plans for other areas in need. This is a time for solidarity; we are confident that we will heal our wounds together. Our heartfelt wishes for our country's recovery."
