IN Groupe Acquires Gleitsmann Security Inks

IN Groupe has announced that it has agreed to acquire 100% of the shares of Gleitsmann Security Inks GmbH ("GSI") from hubergroup Deutschland GmbH in cash at an undisclosed price. IN Groupe (formerly Imprimerie Nationale) is a global specialist in identity and secure digital services, based in France and serving more than 130 countries worldwide. In addition to its proprietary solutions focused on legal and professional identity security, IN Groupe creates and supplies state-of-the-art security components for identities and banknotes under the Surys (optical components) and SPS (electronic components) brands. GSI is a leading global manufacturer of high-security printing inks and related auxiliary products. Based in Berlin, Germany, with worldwide operations and 175 years of history, it is a trusted partner to numerous government printing houses and commercial security printing companies around the world.
