IDM II – Sequential Decoration Module

From this emerged the entirely new IDM II – In-Line Decoration Module. This product is a fully automatic in-line solution for the process of decorating substrates. Its design enables complex decoration by linking and synchronizing side and top hot stamping stations, and by connecting and synchronizing with a laser engraving system to generate variable data that ensures images and/or any single element are unique and distinguishable. The Tapematic IDM II is designed to integrate into a modular line such as the Tapematic PST Line II, which combines metallization, 360° side decoration, top decoration, serialization and coating in a fully automatic in-line solution. Among the advantages of the automatic IDM II are significant economic savings in personnel and material costs, increased capacity, faster changeovers and a process without operator variables and intervention. This product can deliver "next-level" efficiency to the coating and decoration process.
