Hollingshead Cement Opens New Production Facility Hollingshead Cement, the cement division of SRM Concrete, has opened a new cement production facility in Nashville. The dome-type production facility located at 2214 Amy Lynn Drive has a cement capacity of 50,000 tonnes. The location of the production facility on the Cumberland River enables more efficient transportation of cement by river barges. Jeff Hollingshead, CEO of SRM Concrete, said, "We are excited to announce the opening of this state-of-the-art production facility in Nashville and look forward to meeting both our own cement needs and those of our customers. Over the past few years, cement supply has been interrupted multiple times. Our new production facility will enable us to supply cement regularly to our concrete plants in Middle Tennessee." Hollingshead Cement, born from SRM's need for regular cement supply, provides bulk cement distribution services in Nashville, Savannah, Jacksonville and Southwest Ohio. Source
