Eczacıbaşı Yapı Gereçleri' 3 million euro digital transformation investment brought numerous awards in its wake. The organization, which previously received 3 awards from IDC with the country's largest SAP project launched in 2020, earned the right to receive a new IDC award as well as a quality award from SAP Turkey.
Eczacıbaşı Yapı Gereçleri, which leads the building products market with its VitrA and Artema brands, continues to see its digital transformation project named VitAmax crowned with awards. The project, which previously won 3 awards from IDC (International Data Corporation), this time became the recipient of the cloud award. Under the SAP Turkey Quality Awards, the greatest award of the transformation was presented to Eczacıbaşı Yapı Gereçleri.
Last year's largest SAP project
Eczacıbaşı Yapı Gereçleri, which undertook the country's largest SAP project in 2020, also returned with an award from SAP Turkey Quality Awards. The major award received in the Business Transformation category was presented to Alp Güldür, IT Director and Digital Leader of Eczacıbaşı Yapı Ürünleri, by Uğur Candan, General Manager of SAP Turkey. Eczacıbaşı Yapı Gereçleri earned the right to receive an award in the IaaS / PaaS (Infrastructure / Platform as a Service) category under IDC's cloud awards distributed in Turkey since 2018, with its complaint and request management system SAP Service Cloud and field service management solution deployed live for the first time in Turkey. Alp Güldür said: "We conduct field service operations through our extensive authorized service network spread across Turkey. With the SAP Field Service Management solution, we can monitor our post-sales processes from a multi-channel perspective through a single platform. With the project, in which SAP applications were deployed and which had a budget approaching 3 million euros, the country's largest SAP project was undertaken in 2020. The project was previously deemed worthy of 3 awards by IDC. Eczacıbaşı Yapı Gereçleri came second in the Change Management category under the 12th IDC Turkey CIO Summit. In the IDC Digital Transformation Awards, it received two separate awards in the "Future of Digital Infrastructure" and "Future of Operations" categories.
