Datacolor Acquires Matchmycolor Datacolor AG, the global leader in color management solutions, has announced the acquisition of Matchmycolor LLC, a technology company specializing in communications software. Datacolor is consolidating Matchmycolor as of 1 January 2023. Acquisition and integration costs will impact the 2022/23 and 2023/24 financial years. The strategic acquisition strengthens Datacolor's market position and further expands its global sector presence in color management. With more than 50 years of industry experience, Datacolor has established itself as a trusted global provider of color management solutions serving customers across a wide range of sectors, including textiles and apparel, paints, paints and plastics. The acquisition of Matchmycolor aligns with Datacolor's vision to continually invest in helping more customers achieve the right color, alongside its comprehensive product portfolio consisting of high-precision hardware and software solutions.
